Sangwook Moh focuses her practice in serving the Korean American community in the tri-state area. Her experience includes family law (divorce, domestic violence, child custody, alimony and child support, defense in abuse or neglect proceedings, prenuptial agreements, post-judgment modifications, adoption and other family matters), commercial and other types of civil litigation, business law, real estate law, immigration and bankruptcy, for which she has extensive legal knowledge and a great deal of practical experience.
She has practiced law In New York and New Jersey since 1988 and in Connecticut since 2000. She is admitted to practice before the state courts of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the District of New Jersey and United States Court of International Trade.
